This new law will have alot of problems. For number one woman that have been in a rough situation, such as being rapped, woman don’t know that they are pregnant until after 6 weeks. How can a woman that has been rapped in a unwanted situation be accuse of a murder if she never wanted to be pregnant. How can a woman be charged before the they even know if they are pregnant.
The woman in Georgia that may be pregnant are affected by this issue. The governor in the community is in the best position to make change because he made the decision. What I believe are the challenges that has keep them from making changes are legislation.
