The main aim of the assessment on this module is for you to develop an advertising / marketing communications campaign. This will be done by working as a creative Advertising Agency in a group of four / five students. This will be a major piece of work, including creating a presentation and a report which will incorporate all of the skills and theory you will learn on the module. You will be issued with an additional client briefing, which will form the basis of this assessment.
The whole team will be responsible for the presentation, however individual team members will present their own five-minute portion of the presentation. What you present will be dependent on the agency role you take on for this assignment.
Our Marketing Name is “Inspire” and our marketing aim is to make Aston Martin more appealing to a younger Female Audience.
Slide V Creating media objectives, such as reach and frequency Slide 2: Proposed media choices – consider both traditional and digital media how these relate to the media habits of your target audience. You must be able to provide evidence. Slide 3: Justifying (with evidence) the chosen media (given your creative strategy and proposed target audience) and provide evidence that your media choice will reach your target audience Slide 4: Creating a Media Plan, showing approximate timings and costings the advertising campaign. These do not need to be detailed, but you do need to provide details of how your budget will be spent and show a total budget breakdown. It is advisable to produce a Gantt chart and / or table to convey information. Slide 5: Scheduling of your chosen media with justification – what time of the year/month/day will your adverts appear and why?
