“What does the ideal organization look like, related to the topics covered in each section?” You will design or redesign an organization and use what you’ve learned from this class to support your organization. You get to pick the organization: it can be an organization you’ve worked for, an organization you volunteer with, it can be a club, or an organization for a start-up you are thinking about launching. You can talk to your classmates, bosses, friends, and others as you develop your ideas. You can use your book, notes, or any other source of information. You cannot copy from other sources (quotations are acceptable) or have the same text as someone else. Select your own unique organization; I don’t want multiple people reviewing the same organizations. Include discussion questions to engage the students in the discussion of the organizational behavioral element within the paper and the PowerPoint. For any literature that you reference, including the textbook, provide the citations within the text of the paper, and the reference in a reference section at the end of the paper. The reference section does not count in the paper length requirement.
Each paper should be no more than 3 to 5 pages, double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12-point font, MLA format, plus references). Here’s an awesome reference on MLA formatting: https://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/664/1/
Include 3 discussion questions to engage the class participants in discussion of your paper.
