By completing this assignment, you will demonstrate competency in an important facet of developing a comprehensive evaluation plan for an adult education program. Given below are the scoring guide criteria and additional instructions.
Write a paper in which you address each category of standards.
• Analyze the proposed program for application of the Joint Committee standards.
o Read and reflect on each standard on evaluation by the Joint Committee on Standards for Educational Evaluation. Analyze how the standard would apply or not apply to your proposed program. Present at least one well-developed paragraph, describing how each standard would apply, or not apply to your program.
• Devise strategies for ensuring program adherence to program evaluation standards in evaluation plan implementation.
o Determine the specific steps you would take to ensure the program’s adherence to the standard. Which standard appears to you, at this point, to be most problematic for your program?
