Benefits realization is a key aspect of program management. While a project manager focuses on delivering outputs and typically moving on, the program manager has to have a holistic view of all the projects and the various operational components as well. In this discussion identify a case study (or a project anywhere) and focus on benefits. You can also use your previous experience. Research the Benefits Realization Framework document from PMI. Make sure you address the following questions:

Optional: Draw a program roadmap. Identify is the audience for the program roadmap? Does the program roadmap provide value to them?
