(ii) slave traders, and
(iii) captains and/or their logs
to paint a picture of how slaves were treated from their capture to their seasoning in the Americas. Your
goal is to use the accounts and the theories of chattel slavery given in the Introduction above to analyze
why the treatment of the slaves was that inhumane.
