You have been asked to produce a Management Report to present to the Board of Caifu Investments Ltd that analyses both organisations (H&M and Next). Your report should investigate: As part of your module, you are requested to submit a management report not less than 2500 words as your individual course work.
You management report should include a comparison of the management and leadership styles used in the organisation based on secondary and primary data collected. In addition how can you measure the impact of the different management and leadership styles in each organization in evaluating different economic drivers accounted by managers and leaders within the organisations. (60%)
Your report should be based on:
– An analysis of the data provided in each case study
• Caifu has two organisations to choose from. They are: H&M and Next
• Caifu would like to select one organisation to invest with initially.
