Case Study – Employee Workplace Issue and Faith

  1. Find a United States Supreme Court case that involves an employee workplace issue and faith.
  2. Write a journal entry of at least 500 words describing the case and your reaction to it. In your journal entry, take a personal position on whether you believe the case was decided correctly. In your journal entry, explain how you would discuss and defend your position to a person who did not share your faith.
  3. Use APA format in your journal entry including use of New Times Roman, 12-point font.
    Each student is expected to incorporate concepts from reading assignments, and research. Grading will be based upon the quality of the submission at incorporating substantive points from those concepts and expanding upon them. The submission must be more than a personal opinion or a recitation of the student’s favorite bible verses.
