The theoretical perspective of emotions should include at least two distinct theories with a comparison/contrast analysis of each. Methodological challenges should first be addressed (clarify what the challenges are) and then how they have been solved using examples from the literature. Internal and external validity should be addressed. The role of emotion and emotion regulation in predisposing, precipitating, or sustaining symptoms of at least three disorders should be discussed
