Currently, my aspect of the view of the social world is Conflict theory. The
reasoning is because I work in a call center environment trying to climb “the ladder of
success”. I am currently at the entry-level in the company managing to get a high
position. My view there is a lower call and that is the call center area. The higher area of
the business is the business and the managing of the center. This call center is a debt
collection, they are able to benefit from the collectors because if they don’t get a bonus
then this is money that goes to the company without having to pay out to the employees.
My views change due to the current position of my life.
