Last night she dreamed that she was walking through marshlands where every step was painful. She knew she had a long way to go but each step seemed to further increase her distance from dry land, which she could see in the distance. She really wanted to get out of the swamp, but she was so tired, and it was such a long way, and she just wanted to rest. But she noticed movement in the waters around her, and she feared there could be snakes, or even alligators. She panicked, and in so doing, woke herself up.
