Considering that one of the major purposes of written Constitutions is to limit governmental power please make sure that you focus on how the two constitutions achieve that limit in governmental power and the manner in which they accommodate the idea of federalism. Also please include provisions in the two constitutions about the Legislature, Judiciary and Executive and Federalism and how changes to the United States Constitution have affected the Texas Constitution.
