Much of the discrimination in the criminal justice system is linked to racism and/or class discrimination. Think about racial (or class-based) criminal profiling. Describe how systematic, individual, and unconscious biases are related, and provide an example of each level. Which type is easier to regulate, and how might we address those forms that are harder to see?
