Building on your work and any subsequent feedback from Project Phase 1, write a paper in IEEE format
that contains your previous results/analysis (from the first phase) and augments these results by 1) utilizing an approach from the “Predictive Analytics” toolkit and 2) comparing any new results to your previous results. This comparison should include any visualizations that assist with interpretation of the results and comprehension of the contrasts, etc. Please include any applicable references and limit your paper to 3,000 and 5,000 words.
