Write a personal Development Plan that directly relates to the learning in the module and the Reflective Portfolio. ( A copies of the reflective portfoilo will be attached)It should debate the efficacy of at least one leadership/management model theory and how this might be relevant/applied in other areas of your practice in the future. It should also consider your current leadership styles and strengths and what you may need to develop going forward, along with a plan for how this might be achieved.
