TB is a 16-year-old African American female who presented to the clinic with her mother for her yearly physical. Pain level reported is graded six out of ten by the patient. She also reported nauseating, vomiting and decreased appetite for the two days. Patient stated that she is currently on her menstrual period and unaware of having any of the symptoms as a result of her menstrual period. She denies chest pain, shortness of breath, syncope, urinary changes, fever or chills.
