• Identify what you can do to enhance your personal leadership capacity:
• Discuss and explain the implication, relevancy and significance of leadership skill to nursing.
• Provide a conclusion
• The reflection must be one page in length
• APA format (title page, headers, heading, in-text citations, reference page)
The work from the previous writing assignment may be refined as necessary and included in this assignment. The assignment requires students to continue to reflect on their personal leadership and management skills. Students will identify both their strengths and weaknesses and indicate those areas requiring development.

• Identify and reflect on your personal leadership and management skills
