Write a four page paper on the following scenario: You are a human service-forensic behavioral health practitioner. A client you have been working with is very angry and has threatened to kill police, his wife, and his probation officer. Do you have a Duty to Warn / Protect? What other information would you need to know? Are there any laws in your jurisdiction that would require you to report the threats? Find at least one case where the Duty to Warn was an issue. Whether or not you have a legal duty, do you have an ethical duty? Find the ethical provisions on confidentiality and duty to warn / protect within either code of ethics that applies to your profession or a similar one. If you do have a duty, what do you do to meet that duty?
