Discussion on Ethical Framework, Theory, and Principle towards my POI(Phenomenon of Interest) and for Family Nurse Practitioner. My POI: As a home health nurse, I have seen the lack of knowledge and resources for diabetes management, especially in older adults, play a tremendous role in rehospitalization. Many factors play a critical role in managing and staying out of the hospital and developing complications. My POI topic analyzes medication adherence challenges with diabetes and causes readmission. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, delivering the best evidence-based practice aims to provide optimal patient care. The goal is illness prevention and health promotion strategies. In addition, studies have shown that patient telehealth programs might meet the needs of the underserved population (Ju, 2020).
Review required and recommended resources.
• Conduct a literature search and review of the literature to support ideas and concepts.
• Identify an ethical framework, and ethical principles that are aligned and relevant to the selected phenomenon
of interest.
• Construct an initial post that adheres to all expectations outlined in the rubric, attaching the concept map.
