Feasibility Research Report conceptual level, (similar to owners estimate) on development of rapid transit line extension
As an exercise I am doing a feasibility study on developing an extension to a SkyTrain rapid transit line near Vancouver BC (in reality the project has already been completed, but I am doing the exercise as if I was being consulted on a section of this project that has yet to be developed). The section in question is part of the Evergreen line between Coquitlam Central station and Lafarge lake. For the feasibility analysis I am trying to mimic similar studies done on similar proposed extensions to the rapid transit system, taking a look at ridership, the neighborhoods and businesses that will get access to rapid transit, and the impact of the construction phase of the project
