Fundamentals of Nutrition

A. Visit an eating establishment of your choice. Find the establishment’s Sanitary Inspection Report from the Health Department. It should be prominently displayed. If it is not displayed, ask where it is so you can review it. You must see it; do not accept someone’s verbal report. State if the report was hard to find, or if the personnel were reluctant to show it to you. The public has a right to see the report. Number your answers.
