Does hypertension play a larger role in patients with type 2 diabetes retinopathy? Is there more evidence for it? Is there more evidence regarding the role of dyslipidemia?
2. Annexure A and B (2 pages)
Effects of certain antihypertensive and cholesterol medications in type 2 diabetes in relation to diabetic retinopathy (two lines of introduction for each and then annexure A (hypertensive) and annexure: B (cholesterol meds) comparing or showing roles meds play/impact/efficacy/ in type 2 diabetic with diabetic retinopathy or renal disease. Which meds work better? Evidence? (please include the study /reference).
