Basically, just read Chapter 2 of Islam between East and West, culture and civilization. Just like last time explain the important issues in the chapter concerning civilization. I don’t need an analysis of the chapter, just why you think certain points within it is important when talking about civilization. Also, try to cite Durant, The Story of Civilization and most importantly Mazlich, Civilization and it’s Contents (more important than Durant in this case). Argue what the main points and differences are, compare and contrast and give your opinion about the matter concerning human civilization or what the chapter tries to portray.
