A large Ontario Regional hospital conducted a survey from each patient that received meals with each lunch
and dinner meal served from Sept 2nd till Sept. 27th 2019.
Patients were asked to comment on the meal quality by filling out the questionnaire at the end of each meal. A
member of the Kitchen staff was responsible to record the patient responses. The data is below.
