4.The Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA)

2.A historical perspective of why the law was enacted;
3.A summary and analysis of a specific lawsuit (to be found online) that was brought under the act;
4.An analysis of the law’s impact on our current business climate (from the perspective of employers as well as employees); and
5.A personal perspective as to whether the student believes that law does or does not achieve its intended purposes. If there is a misuse or unintended use of the law, the student should explain and indicate what changes to the law they would recommend.
