The final report (project) will consist of a 750-word report analyzing the Staffing process of an organization where you may wish to be employed. The paper should critically analyze some issue(s) using the concepts presented throughout the course, such as recruiting, placement, measurement, decision making, retention, etc. First identify the major issue(s) in the organization’s staffing process. Make sure the organization you select has sufficient information publicly available. Lack of information is not a valid excuse for an incomplete report. So conduct a preliminary research before you commit significant time to the subject company. This report will be due Saturday of the final week in order to allow time for grading.
