Scenario The management team from the last-mentioned organization are now reviewing the current workforce skills and competences, as well as the processes that will develop the human capital in the business. To this end they require an analysis of possible training and learning & development strategies to enhance employee skills. You must also report on the use of a performance management system, its purpose and procedures; and how this will support employee performance in the organization. Also explore the links between performance management and learning and development initiatives The organization also needs to update themselves on the most current employment legislation relating to the industry and have asked you to investigate and explain key regulation that affect the industry.
