Managing organisational change

Briefly outline a story from the perspective of a victim in an organisation setting i.e. someone who has been overlooked for promotion or who has a boss that repeatedly gives them unpleasant tasks (fictional characters from books, films or televisions are acceptable if they are plausible and appropriate and you give sufficient detail).
Now retell the same story but highlight only the strengths and heroism of the main character. For instance, if your first story described events in which the main character was overlooked for a promotion in the second story you might go on to describe how they learned from the experience and helped another colleague to avoid making some of the same mistakes.
