It must address at least two (2) of the key elements from the articles used in the textbook relevant to support (effective or non-effective) leadership/management styles and behaviors to manage people.
Outline for a guide: 1. Introduction of the topic area 2. Topic area problem or issues 3. Present significant findings in a literature review around known organizational behavior demonstrated in leadership/managing in relationship to a specific topic and people 4. Summarize your findings from the research and present an analysis of your finding and reaction to this work. This may include potential next steps or learning outcomes as a result of this work.
