Models are the techniques that help us understand complex things and ideas in a clear manner. Models provide frameworks or possible explanations of why people behave as they do at work.
If we understand the model in use at an organisation, it is more likely that we can understand employee behaviour within that organisation. Models of organisational behaviour differ in the nature of the systems that they develop and maintain and in the results that they achieve.

Select the model that is most applicable to your organisation or one with which you are familiar.
Assess how each element (basis of the model, managerial orientation, etc.) impacts the behaviour of employees in that organisation. Provide at least one example of each. You may determine that elements from different models apply.
