My thoughts are get an pre-evaluation on nursing staff through pre-questionaire and survey to understand the barriers and how well educated the staff is on Foley Catheter care, documentation in Cerner,, provide education through Powerpoint using email, and obtain data pre and post through the survey. This is a project that is being implemented at the California Health Care Facility, men’s prison. See order #86924 for the first portion that defines the problem statement,
