Use the project discussion forum to state your CEO to be profiled. Only choose a CEO who has not already been selected.
Each student will be expected to research the decision making style of a well-known CEO. Students ars expected to identify some of the defining characteristics of decision-makers such as Bill Gates, Ben & Jerry, Steve Jobs, Herb Kelleher, Louis Gerstner, Jack Welch, etc., and describe some of the decisions these CEOs have made and how they have managed thier companies in recent years. Total paper length will be 5 to 6 pages, double spaced, plus a reference list.
The decision-making style as well as some specific business decisions should be described, analyzed, and interpreted. Each student should be able to explain the effects these CEOs have had on their companies.
You will be expected to follow appropriate style guidelines such as APA or Chicago, especially for the citation of references.
