Create a database and table(s) for your club website. You can connect it to your main web page and/or to your registration page. Please be sure to include all the fields associate to the page you are connecting it to.
Add a link to you club main site that will query your database and display club member’s information to the user.
Be careful to include only appropriate web design standard. Use color, fonts, and background that will exemplifier your registration page.
Zip all parts of your club main website along with a screen shot of the database and upload for grading.
