2. Make a case for a healthy public policy to better address a health issue
3. Analyze a health topic/issue from a political economic perspective
   Optional: Outline (1 page, 5%)
4. Choose one of the topics above. If you have difficulty selecting a topic, approach the

5. Conduct a literature search of academic peer reviewed journals pertaining to the topic
   that you have identified in #1. Identify five (5) significant, current articles that
   discuss the topic in further detail.
