Client 2: Mr G (son) Patient is a 17 y/o AA male with history of ADHD and anxiety. He is in 10th grade and likes hanging out with his friends and sleeping. Patient presents with irritable mood, very defiant, always angry and argues with his father all the time. Opposes his father on everything His parents are separated, and he lives with father. Patient stopped taking his meds for over a year and wants to resume back on. (Concerta 18mg)
