could happen if the problem is not addressed? Usethe PRECEDE-PROCEED model or the people and places framework (pp. 24–25 in the Essentials of Public
Health Communication textbook) to identify other parties and ecological levels that may affect the health outcomes in the identified at-risk population. Discuss
why these parties and levels should be considered when developing a communication intervention strategy. Review determinants of health and healthcare
disparities and explain how these may also affect health outcomes in the identified at-risk population. Review scientific literature on effective interventions for
your chosen health issue which are proven to reduce disparities and improve health outcomes on your chosen topic in your at-risk population(s).Identify the
primary intervention selected as the basis for this media campaign proposal and indicate why you think this intervention is appropriate for the at-risk
population(s).
