Overview: In Milestone Two, you will provide a brief overview of your approved public health issue and the primary intervention that will be the basis of your
media campaign. Summarize your health issue and identify the population(s) at risk in the form of a health problem statement. The health problem
statemententails answering the following four questions: 1) What is occurring? 2) What should be occurring? 3) Who is affected and to what degree? 4) What
could happen if the problem is not addressed? Usethe PRECEDE-PROCEED model or the people and places framework (pp. 24–25 in the Essentials of Public
Health Communication textbook) to identify other parties and ecological levels that may affect the health outcomes in the identified at-risk population. Discuss
why these parties and levels should be considered when developing a communication intervention strategy. Review determinants of health and healthcare
disparities and explain how these may also affect health outcomes in the identified at-risk population. Review scientific literature on effective interventions for
your chosen health issue which are proven to reduce disparities and improve health outcomes on your chosen topic in your at-risk population(s).Identify the
primary intervention selected as the basis for this media campaign proposal and indicate why you think this intervention is appropriate for the at-risk
population(s).

Guidelines for Submission:Milestone Two must be submitted as a four-page Microsoft Word document with double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font,
one-inch margins, and at least five scientific sources (two references on the health problem, health disparities, and determinants of heath, and three references
on effective interventions) cited in APA format. Note: scientific references should be peer-reviewed sources from professional journals or scientific reviews, such
as a scientific consensus report, a meta-analytic study, or a comprehensive organization report.
