In this module, you have learned about the similarities and differences between Roman and Etruscan societies. For this assignment, you will pretend that you are living in ancient Rome or the Etruscan society, and create an analytical, yet creative, examination at what a day in the life of one of these people might have been like.
You can choose to be either Male or Female, and either Roman or Etruscan. Once you have selected your character, create an historically accurate personal account from the perspective of what an average day in his or her life might have been like.
Breathe life into your character. Who are they? What’s their name? Class or job? Where are they from? How old are they? Describe their duties and responsibilities. How are they treated by others in their society? And, most importantly, how do they view people from the opposing society and why? (ie: if they are Roman, how do they view Etruscans and vice versa)
In order to make sure your character is historically accurate, be sure to utilize specific information from the learning activities in this module to craft your story.
