reviewed by our Student Appeals Department.

2.What knowledge do you have that will fulfill the prerequisite knowledge from the course(s) being skipped?
Please be Specific: use examples of each topic covered in the skipped class that you use in your
professional capacity
What is your plan for success in the course(s) that require the prerequisite class?
Include days you plan to do each type of assignment and how you will fit additional classwork with your
work and family schedules
