Day Leading up to Sleep Episode
The day before this sleep, did you have an active, stressful day? Did you look at TV/computer/phone up to 1/2 hour before bed? How much caffeine did you consume after noon?
Sleep Episode Itself
Time you went to bed, time you awoke = how many hours of sleep Did you go to sleep right away? Did you wake up too early? Did you way Did you dream? Did you remember your dream? What was your dream How would you describe your performance the next day? If you had any dreams do you think your dream supports a particular till Synthesis)?
Day following Sleep Episode
How did you feel the day after this sleep episode? How would you describe your energy level? How would you describe your focus? Any other observations — medications, exercise patterns, etc.
