3) As the project is required to apply the restaurant at 4/F. And food factory license is relatively simple. Also, the clubhouse license is a short application time and less limit.
3) Please mark the function area on the existing plan with reasonable expansion. It is applied to Hong Kong Ordinance and Code of Practice. Please kindly note that it does not apply to another country ordinance.
