With the emerging spread to the Western hemisphere of the COVID 19 disease and the subsequent advent on March 1, 2020 of the first case in the Caribbean region and the first confirmed case of COVID 19 on March 10, 2020 in Jamaica all our lives have been changed. Navigating COVID 19 in our personal and academic lives demands that we be resilient and be willing to pivot and embrace our new reality.
