The abstract and critique should include: (a) an overview of the contents of the book, movie, or tv series (50 pts), (b) how you contend that there is a resilience message (i.e., use definitions, quotes, findings, and/or other aspects from our resilience readings to make an argument that this popular material is about resilience (50 pts), (c) what you believe are the unique theoretical and/or pragmatic contributions of the material (i.e., what does analyzing this book/movie/neflix or tv series say about resilience that is NOT in our readings about resilience theories and how to cultivate resilience like storytelling, training, and so on) (50 pts), (d) what you perceive to be the limitations of the material (i.e., what does it not show about resilience processes, practices, routines, interactions, and so on) (50 pts), and (e) your personal response to the material (detailed rationale for your reaction to and thoughts about the material, with support in terms of your reasoning, 50 pts).
