In this assignment, you will prepare a minimum of 6 pages on a topic from the first block of instruction, Rules of the Game, a topic from the second block of instruction, Political Philosophy and Ideology, a topic from the third block of instruction, American, Comparative, and World Politics, a topic from the fourth block of instruction, Political Judgment and Public Policy. Each block of instruction should be a minimum of 2 pages.
As always, you need to follow the Chicago Manual of Style.
Also, no more than 25% can be composed of direct quotes or copied from a source.
Choose any of the Key Questions in Chapters 1 through 4 that most interests you for the first block of instruction. Choose any of the Key Questions in Chapters 5 through 7 that most interests you for the second block of instruction. Choose any of the Key Questions in Chapters 8 through 11 that most interests you for the third block of instruction. Choose any of the Key Questions in Chapters 12 through 15 that most interests you for the fourth block of instruction. Some key questions, such as whether torture is justified if national security is threatened, provide enough basis for a two-page paper, while others may require answering more than once in the key questions block.
