According to my questionnaire 7 nurses had difficulty distinguishing the three, 3 nurses were able to
distinguish between the three. Afterwards | presented some written literature about what Palliative Care
means, What Hospice Care represents and what is Comfort Care Measures.
| also gave a power point presentation about what Palliative Care means. The presentation also provided
education about Hospice Care and Comfort Care Measures . | presented the nurses with a Post test on
what they learned. 10 out of 10 nurses scored 100% on the post test.
Assignment details ** A Run CHART is required for the assignment, to represent the pre and post test
results. Teach back also reinforced.
