Using some of the components in Domain 3 and the Concordia University Lesson Plan Template (Concordia University, n.d.), write a lesson plan for a specific technical skill you are planning to teach in your CTE program. In a 3-page reflection, include:
What is it you want students to learn?
A description of the learning activity and assignments
Will you organize students in groups? If so, how?
What instructional materials and resources will you use?
What specific techniques will you use to ensure that students are engaged in learning?
