The workaround is an improved system that is a usual system that does not work well. Hospital’s workaround is provided quickly to care to patient’s temporality during risk of getting more positive effects. Although, the workaround is risky to provide more care to patients. So, when the wrong drug is given to a patient, a wrong dose, a wrong patient, leads to the patient’s risky conditions. The workaround is strongly needed to help patients.
