Compare and contrast 2-1A and 2-1B. Determine if the case documents display the qualities of good technical writing (see p. 8 ETC). Address each of the six qualities of good technical writing found on p. 8/ETC. Back up your statements with specific examples from the case documents. You will not earn full credit if you don’t provide specific examples. Also, identify the writer, purpose, audience, and comment on the document design for both Case 2-1A & 2-1B.
Finally, answer the three questions listed at the bottom of p. 22/ETC. “Why is Case Document 2-1B better than Case Document 2-1A? Why would you be more inclined to read….”
