(Trump held a rally in Tulsa, OK, one day after Juneteenth. Is Trump responsible for what he says and what he does and when he does it? Or, is it just the system that he is using to his advantage to gain voters and support for his policies? Did Trump just stir up what many Americans believe and have believed for centuries?
