Serum IgA anti-Tissue Transglutaminase (tTG IgA) ELISA
Data presentation
Instructions:
• Present the calibration curve obtained from your experiment.
Remember to use a semi-log scale (linear OD vs log Concentrations) by plotting the graph as scatter plot and then formatting the axis to Log scale.
• Using the calibration curve, calculate the concentration of IgA in the three patients’ samples.
• Show how you calculated your results and present a summary table for all data.
• What can you conclude about the level of tTG IgA in the donors’ sample? What is the suggested diagnosis?
NOTES:
- The ‘Neat’ tTG IgA concentration was 200U/ml
- Reference Values for diagnosis of coelic disease
