Write a book review of Robert Dahl’s “How Democratic is the American Constitution?” The review should be approximately 750 words (3 double-spaced pages), and should address the following questions: (1) what is Dahl’s overall argument in the book, and why does he consider it important to make this argument? (2) how does Dahl develop this argument over the course of his book’s eight chapters (plus two Appendices)? (3) what, in your view, is the strongest part of the book? (4) what, in your view, is the weakest part of the book? (5) do you think that this book is relevant to the current political situation in the U.S., and why or why not?
Make sure you dedicate an entire paragraph to each of the questions, so there should be 5 paragraphs in total.
Please read the book, it is very short and not too complex. If you don’t read the book, you will not be able to write this paper well. I’m attaching a document with the entire book to the files page.
